Hello! I am Amie Burnis, the founder of SpiritFED, a holistic, Christ-centered coaching company born out of my own journey of transformation, faith, healing and self-discovery. As a Certified Life Coach, published author, certified health and nutrition coach, and fitness instructor, I bring a holistic approach that nourishes the mind, body, and spirit.
I'm also a graduate student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a background in substance use disorder counseling, a Human Services diploma, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, I combine professional expertise with biblical wisdom to guide women into alignment with their God given identity.
SpiritFED is more than coaching, it is a path to restoration. Here, we release what no longer serves you and replace it with healthy patterns, renewed purpose, and deep spiritual alignment.
